Our Process
Order & Instructions
Once you place an order, we’ll send a confirmation email with clear guidance on how and where to send us a small portion of ashes or hair — whatever you feel comfortable sharing.Careful Crafting
After we receive your keepsake materials, we begin production within 14 days, treating each piece with the same care we would our own.Secure Return
When your personalised jewellery is complete, we carefully seal it and send it back to you — along with any remaining ashes or hair — using Royal Mail, to make sure it’s secure and arrives safely.
